HustleIQ is a side-hustle matching and planning tool. This policy explains what the app collects and how that information is used.

This policy may be updated as the product, payment flow, support process, or service providers change.

Information We Collect

When you submit the lead form, we collect your name, email address, assessment answers, consent confirmation, consent timestamp, and the policy version shown at the time of submission. The app may also store your assessment answers, selected playbook, checklist progress, and signed premium entitlement token in your browser's localStorage so the experience can resume later.

When you arrive from a campaign link, the app may store first-touch and last-touch attribution details such as UTM parameters, click ID type, landing path, and referrer host in localStorage. These details are used to understand which campaigns lead to quiz starts, checkout starts, and verified purchases.

HustleIQ does not currently run its own lead database. Accepted lead submissions are processed by the Cloudflare Pages Function and may be forwarded to an operator-configured lead webhook if one is enabled.

How We Use Information

We use submitted information to save your match report, understand product interest, and contact you about HustleIQ. If a lead webhook is configured, the lead payload is forwarded to that configured service for follow-up and operational review.

Payment Information

HustleIQ does not collect or store payment-card numbers. Premium payment is handled by hosted Stripe Checkout. After Stripe reports a paid checkout session, HustleIQ stores a signed entitlement token in your browser so premium sections can reopen later.

When Stripe webhooks and Cloudflare KV entitlement storage are enabled, HustleIQ may store limited payment-status metadata such as Stripe checkout session ID, payment intent ID, customer ID, checkout email, payment status, entitlement status, and update timestamp. This metadata is used for access restoration, refund/dispute handling, and support; it does not include card numbers.

Data Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may use service providers for hosting, payment processing, lead routing, analytics, support, or email follow-up. Those providers process information according to their own terms, privacy policies, and configured retention settings.

If advertising or analytics providers such as Google or Meta are configured, HustleIQ may send no-card-data conversion events such as page view, quiz completion, checkout start, and verified purchase to those providers for campaign measurement and optimization. Provider scripts and server-side conversion forwarding are optional and should only be enabled after operator privacy and consent review.

Retention and Deletion

Local browser data remains on your device until you clear this site's browser storage or the app overwrites it. Accepted lead submissions are retained by the configured lead routing or email provider, if any, according to that provider's settings and the operator's deletion process.

To request deletion of a submitted lead or help with locally stored premium access, use the support contact shown on your Stripe receipt, purchase confirmation, or the channel where you received HustleIQ. Include the email address used on the form and the subject line "HustleIQ data request" so matching records can be located in configured lead-routing, email, analytics, and support tools.

Your Choices

You can skip lead capture and view results anonymously. You can clear local browser data for this site to remove locally stored assessment state.
